1. Contracts with a duration of 7-11 months include 15 days afloat during the contractual period. 

2. Contracts with a duration of 12 months include 30 days afloat during the contractual period. 

3. Lifting and launching fees include the 7 days on the hard and H.P. Wash. 

4. All prices are including VAT 17% and correspond to stern or bow berthing (not alongside). Multihull Vessels are charged +50%. 

5. Length over all (L.O.A) includes all overhangs – bowsprits, swim platforms, davits, outdrives, pulpits, etc. 

6. Check-out time is 12:00 noon, for late departures up to 18:00 an additional 50% to the stay fees.
